In my classes, I use ancient Hatha Yoga techniques to help my students arrive in their bodies, connect with their breath, and drive energy in specific directions.


I sequence classical yoga postures in a dynamic and harmonic flow that connects movement and breath.


As a yoga and dance instructor, I like to use music in my classes to support relaxation and create a variety of moods and paces.


My aim is for my classes to support not just physical strength and flexibility, but also the connection to our breath,

a calm state of mind, and spiritual growth.

Ashtanga Based Vinyasa

Mondays  18:00 - 19:30

You can join this class any time without registration.

This is a dynamic and powerful yoga class. The asanas (yoga postures) are fluidly connected to each other, and movement is synchronized with the breath. The classes are based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa system (mostly first series) and expanded with elements from other yoga traditions. Each class is different. This class is ideal for everyone who is already familiar with the sun salutations and the basic asanas and would like to deepen their yoga practice.

Dynamic Vinyasa Flow is a great way to build strength and flexibility and to refine your technique. Personal tips and adjustments are introduced so that everyone can develop their own potential as a yoga practitioner. Breathing exercises (pranayama), relaxation exercises, and relaxing music complete the program of the class.


Gentle Flow & Meditation

Thursdays  19:30 - 21:00

You can join this class any time without registration.

This is a gentle and calm yoga class, suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced students. It is ideal for relaxing and calming down after a long, busy day. Ideal for anybody who wants to explore the world of breathing and meditation more deeply.In this course you are invited to consciously immerse yourself in the flow of breathing and movement and to dive deeper and longer into the yoga postures.Breathing exercises (Pranayama) and guided meditation (each class we discover a different meditation technique) complete the class.

Spacial rules due to Covid- 19:
If possible, please come in your yoga outfit to avoid crowding in the changing room. Please bring your own yoga mat and props.
